Climate Control issue

I have an issue with my IS 300h 2019.

Climate control buttons not responding, but there is a light on them. Seat heater buttons not responding. Outside temp showing E. And radiator fan is always on, even on cold car.

By now replaced radiator fan sensor and outside temp sensor, nothing changed. All fuses and connections are ok. Got a code U0164 - Lost Communication with HVAC Control Module.

Any help please?

Surely the car is under warranty? take it to your nearest Lexus dealer in your country.
But I'm assuming the HVAC control module is the climate control unit that has all the button or it will be an actual module close by, maybe connection has become loose or maybe it as failed, but if the car is under warranty get the dealer to resolve it.

No warranty. Before I go to Lexus (probably will need to) I would like to solve it by myself.
Holding two buttons "Auto" and "Off" climate control unit responds with OFF or ON on its screen, which means it works.
Probably I will try to replace the unit, but I am not sure it will change anything.

Its either a loose connection or a dead unit. You can try replacing the unit but the parts are hard to come by.

Just bought used unit. Will get it on monday and replace

Replaced climate control unit today, nothing changed

I may be going on a hunch here but did you replace the climate control module? im not talking about the actual unit, i mean the ECU for it.

I was thinking about it but my car is from 2019 and looks like this unit doesn´t exist. Only up to 2017. At least I can´t find this unit in my car, and Ilcats catalog says up to 2017
