i should point out this doesn't apply to me at this time, but have noticed in all of my test drives of many cars it has happened on all of them. It's always on the passenger side only, never the back or the driver's side  

as anyone had this annoyance and if so did you manage to fix it

I get this on my car sometimes and it’s usually when a passenger doesn’t ensure the seatbelt buckle is put back neatly and it chatters against the B pillar. Once I straighten the belt out, it’s all good again.

It's a pain, i know that. I guess i'm lucky at this time and the passenger belt go back in its correct space, but am sure at some point I'll need to lean across each time to correct it like iv'e always had to on my other cars
