Air suspension - top mount replacement

Good evening everyone, 

I have RX450h (y. 2010) and I am kindly asking for your help and hints - is there any possibillity to replace only air suspension strut top mount? Lexus says I need to replace whole suspension, but I don't think it is neccessary...

Yes, you can just replace the top mounts.

I know one or two on here have done it, or rather sent the struts to a guy called Brian at an engineering company, but I can't remember any more details. Someone else will be able to tell you more, but at least you now know that it can be done.

I am pretty sure this is the man who has done reasonably priced repairs to mounts for members.  His name is Brian Herridge who runs a small engineering business as Orchard Engineering Cheltenham.  Suggest you contact him on 07901712988.

Just used Brian Herridge at Orchard Engineering for a replacement top mount.    Worked a treat, saved me paying 850 for a replacement shocker from Toyotal.   I'd highly recommend Brian.

I went a different route, I bought a set from eBay ( https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/176484159569 ), a new set. I've had it for a year, it works fine, I replaced it myself, it was easy, no jack needed.
