Hi all,

anyone know what the menu function Powertrain and Chassis do? and is it the same function as the drive mode selector stalk.

HOW-TO GUIDE TO LEXUS DRIVE MODE SELECT CUSTOM MODE

  1. Press MENU on the Lexus Enform Touchscreen Display
  2. Select SETUP on the Lexus Enform Touchscreen Display
  3. Select VEHICLE on the Lexus Enform Touchscreen Display
  4. Select DRIVE MODE CUSTOMIZATION on the Lexus Enform Touchscreen Display
  5. Adjust POWERTRAINCHASSIS and CLIMATE Settings

Thanks

Powertrain relates the the engine/hybrid system - e.g. in power it revs higher and uses more Battery assist.

Chassis relates to the AVS and steering feel - e.g. in sport the suspension is firmer and the steering heavier.

Climate rates to the amount of energy the AC system uses - e.g. in ECO it uses less but is also less effective.

It is essentially the same parameter changes you get with the preset drive modes but the ability to alter as you wish. For example, the stiffer suspension is only in Sport+ preset where it also uses power mode for the hybrid system and normal AC, but you may wish to drive in ECO powertrain with normal AC and a stiff chassis.
