South Coast meet in September

As promised, I’ve finally got down to 2 workable dates in September for ‘The Departure Lounge’ which is a Cafe in Alton near Basingstoke. 
We can either have the 3rd or the 24th  of September either of which is a Saturday. 
Cafe opens at 0900, so I will say to meet at 0915-0930. 
Please give me the best date that works for you if you would like to come and the date with the majority of attendees will win.

We will meet at the departure lounge around 0915. 
The only caveat I will put on this, is that if the weather is horrendous and pouring with rain I’ll call it off

I’m really sorry but I am now not able to attend the F meet on 24th September at The Departure Lounge Cafe in Alton. 
A commitment has arisen that was unforeseen and I have to attend. 
Massive apologies. 
That is not to say that you can no longer go to the Car meet. The Departure Lounge are still expecting you, it’s only me that can’t go.

What time are you planning on meeting up? I've just realised I am going to attend the Armortek open day on the 24th. I'm not displaying my 1/6th scale tank, so may try the morning at Armortek then head over to this after lunch.
