I got myself a GS450h

Due to budget constraints I didn't get my desired specification or condition but I did get one...

It's a 2008 facelift model SE in silver with black leather interior and dark wood (not sure the name)

It has 152000 miles and although the interior doesn't reflect that the outside is showing its age unfortunately.

At least the OEM wheels have had a refurb not so long ago so still looking fairly fresh.

Surprised how quick it is, especially compared to the two GS430s I've had previously.

It needs some urgent jobs doing asap. Front right shock is knackered (have a replacement to fit) and exhaust is blowing so will fit a stainless system, probably by Tony Banks

A few cosmetic issues to sort but they can wait for a little bit.

The hybrid system is taking a little time to get used to, along with the CVT box (honestly not too keen on that)

Have just bought almost same car, 2008 model GS450h, looks like the sat nav is dvd based, anybody know how I could update it?

Lexus Dealer  updated mine Nigel as it was covered by the Extended Warranty which sadly is no longer available.

You can get the discs off eBay last time I checked but I think the latest map is 18/19 for the MK3.

Harder on the MK4 and I've not done it as hardly use it.
