Help & advice. Rear wiper arm for NX350 450 new 2022 models etc.

Hello

Does anyone have the new model 2022 NX 350 etc and is able to take a picture of the rear wiper nut and arm assembly where it connects to rear window.

Reason I need to find out if the new design arm assembly can be refitted back to an older model car 2015-2021.

There is no pics of the rear arm yet up on the internet as being so new model currently.

There is a reason for my question before anyone asks.

Update on rear wiper carbon cover.

I used a 2022 Carbon Model cover which I fitted over the previous version. Cost around £22 with postage.

The previous versions (All China made) correct for my car years 2014-2021 only come in chrome so that was not an option for the look I was going for.

The fitment is correct accept for the ball part which has been resigned for the 2020 and will lose the option to flip up rear wiper fully, But you still can lift about 5 inches from screen for cleaning window and replacing the rubber on the wiper only (Slide on/off etc.). When fitting I recommend using some extra double sided number plate stickers £2 (Cut to size) for extra hold and to fill in the small gap when fitting the ball section. Both other pieces fitted as usual.

Was going to try and fit a 2022 wiper arm to the earlier models but as of yet not parts around to buy or able to get a picture of the unit to check fitment, So just done the place over method as mentioned above. If someone does try and change the arm design then please let us know on the forum if it is compatible (2022 connection to the 2012-21 models).

Will do doing a full Interior and exterior modification thread later in the next month or so with loads of other carbon style bling bits. I'm 90% completed on this car and just waiting for a couple more things before I post a thread.

Hope this helps someone and if you need to hide the ugly rear wiper in factory black plastic.
