The post by Dave dts439 about paint codes reminded me that I had the document (given to me by a Lexus sales person, naughty) so I thought I would share.

Thank you Michael. My guess is that it was designated "Internal use only" because it preceded the official launch but there is nothing 'secret' about it so I expect you'll be safe from the Lexus police! 😉

Enjoyed looking through it; the sort of information I like to see and isn't always easy to come by.

It's surprising what you can get if you ask for it, I just asked for it to help me choose which one to order ( the sales person must have seen ££££).  I also got the IS300h document in 2013 before I ordered my IS300h Premier.

Very interesting, thanks.

Is there any relevance to some of the models on page 4 being in red (especially as one of them is the one I've ordered 😁)?

If you look at other pages, there are other sections of text in red. All sections in red text are updates from the previous version of the document.

The front cover states "Updates model codes" in red text.

I knew it would be something that I should have seen!

Thanks.

The product bulletin is interesting reading, thanks for sharing. I was shown something similar for the ES at its launch around October 2018 just as I was deciding on that car.
