Hello, I wonder if anyone could give me some advice on how to have a trunk open/close switch under the steering wheel - just like you have for the fuel cap.

I wonder if this can only be done by Lexus service if so can anyone recommend a good one around Swindon?

I have hard time to even find someone who sorts out my trunk not opening, just found someone recently and they said the motor is dead so now waiting for that to get it resolved, but he was very 'dismissive' about the button by the driver seat saying there must be lots of cables going around etc...

I would have thought it is more of just connecting rather than actually wiring...

Also, I do not have any alarm for the tyre pressure being off etc - is it something that any garage can program or it has to be Lexus service?  I might think about everything way too simplified manner but thought it can b done with the diagnostic tool perhaps?

If you could please let me know your experience, thoughts.  It seems I bought a Lexus without the luxury 😉

I can thoroughly recommend Lexus dealership in Swindon, very accommodating, helpful etc. I use them for my RC.

With regard to the rear door open/close button I think anything is possible but just how deep are your pockets? Was this ever an option for your model year? If yes then the parts are likely available but anything to do with Lexus retrofit is very costly.

Regarding the TPMS do you have wheel sensors fitted?
