No status update for 7 months

We had booked out NX350h in Nov21, and were initially told it will be April22, then May22 and now I and told ETA is Sep22. That too is not certain. 

Is there anyone else who is also experiencing this....Not much clarity from dealer as well...

Maybe Lexus could communicate a bit better with their customers but they, along with the rest of the world, are suffering component supply issues and the situation is changing on an almost daily basis. Just got to sit tight and wait, I'm afraid.

I concur. 'Sit tight and wait' is definitely the best advice at present. I also ordered Nov 21 and my experience is not to trust any ETAs. The only real ETA starts with the confirmation that your order has moved to build.  Anything else....is for the birds 🐦 and fairies 🧚‍♀️

I’m in the same situation. I ordered an NX350h F Sport in Nov 21, I had my test drive in January and was at that time given a forecast delivery of May. I’ve heard nothing from the dealership since other than a rather fancy flyer advertising the new NX. The app is still showing the ‘Order in Progress’ stage. Looks like I’ll not be using the 22 plate I bought from the DVLA and will be buying a 72 plate instead. All I can do is sit tight with the comfort that the agreed trade value for my current NX appears better and better as the months go by.
