OK, so I have gone to the brochure link and selected the new NX brochure which opens up in my browser in HTML. How do I download a copy?

my own interest in the subject is simply that of a former marketing man who nowadays purely academically follows evolutions in media.

evolution'ising back to simple written communication ........... and spoken where one can ..........  with other Humans on this and other Forums too eh ! That's BEST for sure

And as for being a former marketing man, well, me too in a strange sort of way with my own businesses years back when life was comparatively simple  BUT my oh how the marketing world has changed these past couple of years even ......... can't believe, nor understand at all, the Google world of promoting one's product to best advantage with " keywords " etc .  yes, my marketing professional guy has just dumped 30,000 more keywords onto the search engine re my website ......

Google advertising and promotion is now an " art form " methinks  ..........  get it wrong and your " done for "

Oh for the simple life of asking a Question on here and getting a simple well informed answer from some helpful soul  ......... long may it continue  PLEEEEEASSE

What OS and browser are you using?

On my Chromebook using Chrome browser after the link opens there is a download icon top right in the black menu bar

As you can see from the screenshot, I am using Chrome on Win 10. There is no download icon or black menu bar. Puzzling.

If you click on the Menu (top left, three horizontal bars), is there a download option there? If not, click on the share icon (v on its side, just to the right of the square box). That should give you option to send it somewhere by email - email it to yourself.

Unfortunately, neither of these things work on the NX brochure.

There is a button at the bottom of the left menu for "offline" but it appears to do nothing. The e-mail option just sends the link to the online page.

Interestingly, the brochure for the ES is in a downloadable PDF format and works fine.

I've just checked. I took my cursor to the 'share' option. An envelope appeared. I clicked on that, and I could email a file to myself. I noticed the file was called a price list, and not a brochure - but that's all you get with the ES as well.

Thanks very much for your efforts.

The same issue seems to apply to the UX.

If you click on the link provided in the e-mail it opens the same online "price list" but does not provide a pdf download.

Oh well...

I think that's what Lexus call 'Omotenashi'.

I had another 'play' with this. I use outlook mail. When I emailed it to myself, it appeared as just the link. I clicked on the dots next to the standard mail options of forward, reply, etc, and there was a download option. I downloaded it, and went to my download directory. It's not a pdf, but an eml file. I clicked on 'open with', opened it with 'mail', and the file was there to read. Hope that helps.

Owners of individual models might like to check out the hour-long (or sometimes considerably longer*) video tutorials produced by Northside Lexus (available on YT or directly at northsidelexus.com) of Houston, Tx.  Though naturally based on U.S. specifications, the videos can nevertheless be instructive elsewhere, particularly before or early in one's ownership of a car.   They are presented by a "Lexus Technology Specialist", a lady called Melissa, and while opinions may vary, she does a creditable job considering the dry nature of her material.  It seems to me that the principal merit of the videos, which can be accessed in sections and, obviously, paused and replayed at will if your attention drifts, is to offer an amount of visual information that is somewhat larger than that contained in the printed summary guide Lexus once provided (and maybe still does in some languages) as a companion to the full owner's manual.  One is also enabled to pick up new or possibly unfamiliar names and terms that can then facilitate word or index searches in the manual should you want to delve deeper.

*I see that the tutorial for the 2022 NX is so long that it has been divided in two parts totalling more than four hours!

I agree Renato watched northside many times and Melissa they also do one called tech tip Tuesday
