Commenting to an old post from May this year,  I use a Bosch Pro GBL18-120  3 speed Cordless Blower and it works extremely well in finishing the car drying process.   The blower is very small, light weight and packs a decent amount of power. 30mins+ run time on a 4Ah 18V Battery.

The unit is also exceptionally good at blowing the dust out of the man-cave onto the neighbours washing,  lighting the BBQ and turning the garden incinerator into a home made blast furnace to ensure smokeless efficient combustion.

Nope water fine here, plus if you drive a taxi you can clean it as it is needed for work. 😂
