Lexus ct200h 2013 display monitor not open up

 have problem with Lexus ct200h 2013 display monitor, as it not opens up recently, so the navigation system, radio and rear view monitor are not working. Everything else works fine. Who knows what it cold be?

It is useless now, has stack in a close position, not react at all to any switch.
