Changing the oil filter on my is300 has always been a pain in the arse, it's like a Rubik's cube trying to get it out!  Found that removing a bracket above the filter helps a bit but still not easy, anyone found the proper way to remove it?

Twas as always, a pain to do! No way can a bag be put over the filter, no fecking room to do it with one hand (and I have small hands!) There are pipes right above the filter that cannot be totally removed albeit the bracket that secures said hoses can be undone allowing the pipes to be forced to one side, still a Rubik's cube to get out and new one back in, pleased that's done for another 10k. Ps. K&N filter as it incorporates a one way valve to stop flowback.
