Squeaky Shocks/Springs or something else? 2004 GS430 Sport

Good evening!

Please see attached video, my GS430 Sport 2004 will make this sound when turning and it's more pronounced at stand still but can still be heard sometimes whilst driving. 

Not sure if it's squeak suspension or power steering pump? Checked the levels and they read as they should.

Definitely coming from engine bay and not interior? Worth spraying the suspension bushes with silicone spray to see if the noise changes - that may identify the culprit.
