Noise filter Fuse???

I have been replacing some fuses as needed but I noticed a noise filter fuse. Does anyone know what it's for?

A quick Google suggests its to do with the radio antenna. Probably reduces hiss/ interference.

That's a very worrying statement!

Fuses only need replacing if they blow, and they only blow due to a fault (with maybe a very, very, occasional exception) and even then, usually only one circuit or fault at a time, so how come you're replacing multiple fuses?

Wait what? Where is this fuse located? Could this be the cause of the radio losing signal when the rear demister is on?

I believe its in one of the fuse boxes in the engine bay.
