Here's the mess it made of my car. I wondered what the hell was going on at first, I've never seen "brown rain" before:

Drove it yesterday thinking most of it had washed off after more rain, but there was like a nasty film layer over all the windows. Might wash it tomorrow.

I spent 90 mins getting my UX looking like a Lexus should after a generous coating of Saharan sand.

I’m over here too, sand everywhere, not been able to see the horizon for days and even the view to San Agustin was fuzzy.

Had to suffer a shopping trip to Puerto Rico yesterday because the sun wasn’t out.

Looking better this morning as the sun has already broken through the clouds.

bright and sunny and beautiful here at Queenborough Town Quay here in Kent ......  but damnably cold and yes ........  the cars are still covered in that dreadful brownish mess ..  thought driving yesterday might have blown it off BUT it of course hasn't ...........  now, where's that rare trip to the car wash where I'm sure the Qs are astonomique and the staff working their butts off 😉
