IS220D no power, check VSC

Recommended Posts

Hello

First of all my car won't start when the temperature outside is below 0 degrees celsius. And when we got few higher degrees it works but about after 5 minutes driving the power goes away. Pressing gas pedal has no use and it moves very slowly. But when I turn engine off and back on again, everything is fine.

What could be the problem? In summer there were no such problems. We changed fuel filter. Oils should be ok.

There is error message check VSC and check engine light is on.

We took some fuses out for few seconds and I don't know if the road got icier or it turned VSC totally off because it is harder to keep straight on the road.

Sorry for my english.

Hello and welcome to the LOC.

If the check engine light is on you need firstly to have the fault codes read which should help you find the problem.

When you have the code(s) post them up for further advice.
