Wireless air vent illumination

The February 2019 Lexus UX brochure on page 35 shows a picture of illuminated air vents.

My 2022 UX does not seem to have these.

My question is, has this feature been deleted or is there some method of switching them on ?

The LED Illuminated Vent Controls is a Takumi grade only feature.

I took delivery of my new Takumi-pack UX this past weekend and called my dealer this week to ask for similar clarification; no answer yet.

I can give you the answer,for some strange reason the F-sport Takumi does not have the illuminated wireless controls only the ‘normal’ Takumi version.When I got my car I looked for them and it was only after looking through the brochure I realised the illuminated controls are not marked on the F-sport variant.

My picture above shows in the 08. Text, Wireless air vent illumination.

“Takumi grade models feature illuminated vent controls.”

Note that it states Takumi models which I would take to mean all Takumi models.

Although on page 30, LED vent controls are missing from the F Sport Takumi model.
