Heads up, keep an eye on your battery compartment and boot for water

Although the below thread applies to IS250, I found we also have a similar vent in the boot Battery compartment, didn't take out other side tray to check if we have dual vents 🤷‍♂️. Also, found some previous gen US ES owners suffering similar problems, link below. The new vent surrounds are now white, rubber flap is still black. Hope they've updated and are now not an issue. No harm in keeping an eye on them. At least the Battery side is easy to check.
