Hello John and welcome to the LOC.

Difficult question to answer, do you want the best in grip, comfort, noise levels, mileage, price, your driving style?

Premium brands for a premium car I always say so your looking at the well renowned manufacturers then search for the special offers on that brand.

Not sure what the OEM tyres are on the CT200h but that is usually a good starting reference point.

Pretty sure other members will give you recommendations on specific makes and types but at the end of the day it is what makes you feel the safest because that is the most important factor.

Welcome.

You have the same question as most owners of cars.

Nobody seems to be able to answer that as not all of us prefer comfort most, long lasting tyre-life.

The CT has excellent steering and balance from factory, and good grip is a good thing especially on demanding roads, the way the roads are maintained make hard tyres noisier than most want.

The tyres on our CT are Pirelli P7 Cinturato and on good roads they are nice and quiet, but on bad roads the CT does not sound luxury inside.

Many prefer Michelin all season where you live as they make it possible to use same wheels all year. Changing tyres/wheels when temperature demand it is not really funny.

We want low noise so we can listen to the excellent audio Lexus has installed in the car with as little interference as possible, but at the same time also good grip and low consume plus all the other good things tyre factories promise their tyres will give. Even though we do not need all-season tyres as we have summer all year a perfect tyre for all needs does not exist as far as we know.

On most cars we have had Continental has been the brand to go to as they are long lasting, having fantastic grip and the other cars we have had were not quiet as the CT can be on good roads, so noise from tyres were never something we thought about.

When the P7 need to be replaced we will look for the quietest we can find. Here on the forum we hope to be helped just like you.

Enjoy the CT, one of the most reliable the factory has ever made.
