No map and heating controls working from the consul

Hi

My RX450h 2010 model just stopped showing on screen heat and other information. The camera reverse image shows on the screen and so does the fan, also Bluetooth connection to phone, but no map information? Has anyone experienced this problem, could it be a fuse? The heat does not change when the up and down buttons are pressed, but a "Lo" sign is on screen.Controls from the steering wheel buttons to bring up the phone screen information, also not showing...

Any suggestions/solutions please...thanks!

Hi update on this above problem!

Lexus Cardiff had it in for a check- up, £105 to do a report.

After plugging in to diagnostics it cleared........ vehicle returned to me no charge for their work.... no explanation for the problem, just a glitch.
