Lexus is 300h F- sport 2013

Hi, my radio stopped working ( no sound) model no. 86130-53171 because difficult to find exactly same model can I replace it by 86130-53M70?  Thanks for any answers

What was the 86130-53M70 in ??  I've just bought a 2013 IS250 F Sport, (the 2.5V6 petrol) and wonder it everything else apart from power train is the same as the 300h.

This appears to be the only 'common' fault on these cars. The amp has probably gone, there are third party repair options.
