52 plate pie wheel covers

Hi, I really do not like the alloy pie covers, does anyone have a good alternative? Can the alloys be chromed?? Thanks in advance

Well Im having my wheels powder coated & want to leave the pie covers off. 

Does anyone know a company that does stud bolts to put in the pie cover holes?

I haven't seen this type of wheel "in the flesh", so I'm guessing a bit, but it looks as though they might be cap bolts, similar to these:
