Spent 29 minutes on the phone to my current insurer trying to insure my NX 350h Takumi that I am picking up later today.

The 2022 NX is not yet on their system. The underwriters told the advisor to put it in as a 2021 NX 300h and that they will revise the price and update the policy when the vehicle is on their system.

Glad I rang them before getting the car rather than when I was at the dealer…..

Make sure you have all that in writing from them Ken.

I am sure the price will change and unlikely to be lower. Good shout on having it in writing.

Better than Footman James they wouldn’t even give me a quote for the new Celsior because “It isn’t on our system”

It was £1.94 to change from UX to old NX from now until mid May (plus £15 admin). No complaints from me!😬

I sold my NX with 68 days to go and they waived the £30 admin fee to change to my temporary Yaris.  I’ve got a feeling I’ve been duped.
