Just took delivery of this fitted boot mat from Lexus parts direct. Fits really well and has small sections to cut with a pair of scissors if you want to still use your cargo net. Ideal for my wifes mobility scooter and the lip all round prevents any potential spillages from staining the boot carpet. If anyone is interested it was £83.89 delivered.

Actually it's even got a little cut out area to get to the toolbox...No need to cut that out! 🙂

@lex - eleven  Just a quick question - will this boot liner fit on 2002 Lexus LS 430?  I recently ordered one from Lexus parts direct and they couldn't confirm whether this item will fit on 2002 version (Lexus notified they never made an official boot liner for 2000/2001/2002 Lexus LS 430!). thanks!

Well their description says -

Lexus LS Phase 3 Boot Liner

Suitable for Lexus LS Phase 3 2001-2006

I would buy one, but can't bring myself to pay £30 postage.

I had a 2000 ls430 and I don't think the boot shape was any different to my 2004

If the RRP is £64.44 surely it would be cheaper to order and collect from your local dealer than have a £10.00 odd discount but then pay £30.00 for delivery?

@jonthetourist  I ordered the same product using the website, however lexusparts team contacted me and raised this query.

@lex - eleven  thanks, let me think about it.

@Malc1 Unfortunately there is no click and collect available except collecting it from warehouse located in Swindon.

@steve2006  Thank you for this excellent idea, let me check with my local dealer tomorrow.

Lexuspartsdirect is a Lexus franchise dealer based in Swindon owned by Fish Brothers - they are the only dealer who appear to sell online though (and at a slight discount) so no difference in many ways to buying through a local dealer. Very useful however when the part can be posted at a reasonable cost but large and relatively inexpensive parts will work out cheaper getting through a local dealer unless you live within a sensible distance of Swindon. I've always found them very helpful when needing parts (they also have other franchises and I've ordered Toyota parts from them too).

@wharfhouse Yes, I agree with you. Postage is around £6 for small parts, but it would be expensive to order large inexpensive items such as book liner or floor mats etc.

Thankyou all for your comments and messages. I ordered the boot liner using our local Lexus dealer now, hopefully it should fit.
