but what can be the difference???

Best bet would be breakers, facelift vehicles are a little harder to find but scouring breaker yards or Facebook marketplace may be a good place to start! I can’t imagine it being much different between left and right when models perhaps different wiring looms

These are not standard mirrors - only aftermarket, so breakers won't have any. There is no difference between LHD/RHD covers.

Ah I've only just realised he was referring to the covers, my mistake haha

Have you not thought of getting your mirror covers 'chrome ' plated? Car SOS found a place that plates plastic with a mirror finish and lacquers after. Looks amazing. That eBay item has a very misleading way of saying the cover is for nearside only.

Look up something like finishers and find somewhere that finishes plastic.

I've just remembered it was the last programme where they did the V12 XJS. Find that programme and it'll tell you the place that did the plastic stuff.
