I enjoyed watching Scotty K swearing and effing when he had to do a sparks job on the IS v6 while having c19.

I was actually very afraid to do it at first and it looked like massive job, but when you do it once it isn't actually that bad - you need 1 long hex socket, deep 10mm socket and slim 10mm wrench and there is only one awkward bolt behind throttle body. Then just 16mm for spark plugs if I remembering right.

All in all, I would say maybe 20 min job...

Excellent Scotty video. But actually very informative. Best one yet showing condition of the spark plugs.

I read it was a difficult job, so i didn't even bother to look with the covers and intake pipe off, but looks no more difficult than any other (modern) car, as to whether the other bank is the same, but looks really straightforward will definitely have a look next time i'm under the bonnet to check the plugs have been replaced like they should have been.
