Remove sill covers

GS430 MK3 05 reg.   How do the plastic sill covers come off please. I need to inspect the rear sill area cos it looks like there is a rust problem around the jacking points.  Thanks.  Jim

Oh the LS430 and 400 they simply pop off - maybe it’s the same on the GS

Thanks Mark.  I'll be able to tell you tomorrow as it's going in to my trusted local garage and we'll be able to see better when it's on the lift. I'll take some pictures.

The cars booked in for 24th Jan so I'll take some pictures as the job progresses. There's poppers underneath.

Yes Mark,  there's a row of  (rubber) poppers underneath and poppers along the bottom of the door shut.  Apologises for the wait but the decision I've come to is to sell the car "as is"
