auto back door

The automatic door on my 250h Takumi has stopped working - except for manual release. The foot and key fob systems are the ones at fault. Anyone know why? Is there an isolation switch somewhere?

Looks like you might be alone on this one - worth checking it into your dealer, it'll all be under warranty. I'm not aware of any isolation switch, but your dealer will be able to confirm that too. 🙂

The isolation switch for the RX is not actually 'in' the glove box but if you open it and look at the surrounding lip, it's in there. I know it's not a UX but it's got to be worth a look.

Huh, I'll have to have another look around my car! I don't recall anything like that on mine. How do you open it if that's disabled, is it just a normal liftgate?

There are instructions in the manual if i remember correctly.

You can disable the power hatch within the vehicle settings on the dashboard display - gear icon (settings) > vehicle settings > picture of the tailgate

Look to see if any settings have been changed Dennis. Go through them on the steering wheel you may have accidently moved one.
