I just purchased my 2019 LC500 in infrared. Is it OK to use an electric buffer and is OK to wax the carbon roof.?

Your handbook details care of the exterior, recommending waxing when water stops beading. On the carbon fibre panels it states not to use waxes that contain abrasives. Give it a good read first.

The use of an electric buffer should be fine, the same caveats as hand buffing apply, make sure the surface and the buffer bonnet are scrupulously clean to avoid introducing swirls

Wouldnt bother with wax anymore

Just get it ceramic coated
