dome lights not dimming

Changed interior dome lights to LED bulbs but blew 7.5amp fuse in the process which was changed but now both front and rear domes stay on all the time instead of dimming and going off with the light switch in the "Door" position.

Any ideas much appreciated.

Maybe replace the original bulbs and see what happens?

May just be one of those weird coincidences in life where your actual switch in the door has gone faulty. I'd be inclined to take it out, clean it up and see what that does.
