Not all Halfords or Kwikfit centres are the same. Some are shyte some are very good.

Chucking this lady a couple of hundred quid for her inconvenience is barely even a speeding ticket to Halfords. I wonder if this plus the bad press is really going to be much incentive to improve.

I agree, but the good ones are very rare and I just would never take the chance with my pride and joy.

Halfords Rochdale and Kwikfit Leeds the one near the Lexus dealer. I've nothing but praise for both and have had major work done by both. Just for people's Info.
