Wheel covers

Good morning. 

I have a 2002 sc430 and have just discovered a very small area of corrosion starting on the roof. I believe this is a problem on early models and was wondering if anyone else has come across this too. I think the later models had a modification for this and wondered if I could apply this to mine.

It is only sleight at the moment but want to get it sorted before it gets any worse. Thanks.

I have a 2004 model and I have some corrosion too round where the hinges are on the roof. I don't know how to resolve this sadly.

The paint can peel a little on the roof over time. It's just a case of giving it to a body shop to clean up and repaint.

Thanks for your responses. Much appreciated. I think I started wanting to ask about getting the wheel covers painted hence the strange title for the topic 🤣. My mistake. 🙄.
