Rear differential oil

Should i change rear differential oil on my 2016 is300h it is on 103,000 never changed before. Should i get changed from lexus or private garage. Is it a hard job

I think the interval in 25K miles (dependent on servicing regime) so yes, overdue. Not difficult for private garage - although I would insist on them using Lexus oil

I change mine every 60k, I generally use a good quality branded oil and always use a new set of washers for the drain plug and filler plug

Wow the dealer has been changing mine every 20k, good to know it can go longer
