Posting this to see if any other members have seen this issue. My ES is 9 months old and has been a dream so far. In the last week though it seems to have developed a small but annoying issue involving the audio system and the screen. Whatever source I am playing e.g. radio, USB etc reverts back from the audio screen to the navigation map after about 15 - 20 seconds each time. I also get a message at the top of the screen saying 'audio player disconnected'. This flashes constantly on and off. I've checked settings to see if anything has changed but nothing. Probably a software issue? IMG_20211203_063944.thumb.jpg.76d60ad82b04c031719b56e4c5e45116.jpg

I think I saw a setting in Betsy to return to the Nav screen after a certain time.  I'll check later. Thanks for your question though as it has made me read the manual to solve an issue I've been having with the Home screen not showing me what I want!

Hi Tim,

To stop is going back to the map every 20s, go into the Settings->General and turn off "Auto change to screen".  (Incidentally I think this setting should be called "Auto change to map", as that explains what it actually does!)

"Audio player disconnected" is the blue tooth media profile.  when you pair your phone, it will probably pair both the phone profile and the media profile (so that if you play eg music on your phone it will stream over the car's audio system).  It sounds like your phone is now refusing the connection from the car.   I have the media Bluetooth connection connected to the Radly internet radio instead of my phone.

Thanks very much for the comments. I discovered it was due to a change I'd made to the settings in this AAWireless device I received recently. Now working a treat.
