Driver's seat memory buttons.

Hi All,

I have just acquired a 2015 NX300h and wondered if the memory buttons for the driver's seat position should be backlit as mine appear not to be.

Second question, should the car come with a screw-in towing eyelet as again mine does not have one?

I believe so - number 3 in this pic

 

although the vehicle shouldn't really be towed - just low speed/short distance to get it out of a stuck situation of to pull it onto a low loader.

 

Not sure about the memory buttons - I would say they shouldn't based on other models also not having illuminated memory buttons.

The seat buttons are not illuminated on the 2015 NX unfortunately.
