Can't find navigation on menu

Hi,

I bought a 2017 lexus IS300h Luxury and was trying to set up the connected service. I can't find the navigation option on menu. Is it normal? Don't all luxury models have navigation? I am a newbie, sorry for the noob question

If I recall correctly the Luxury didn't have nav as standard in the earlier model years though it was an option but you may have one without nav?

I think so. With out nav, can't I use connected services?

What services are you thinking of - most of the connected services as far as I am aware are for the Premium Nav system - I have standard nav and don't have any of those.

Thanks wharfhouse. Now everything makes perfect sense. Still I am wondering about the missing navigation, which is coming as a standard feature on many cars. Though I am not going to use it, still thinking why it is not available, lol

The standard equipment of the different grades on the IS were a little strange at times...
