106k miles - any recommendations?

I know 5W-30 full synthetic but I'm not sure on brands and specifics? I can't get hold of Mobil 1 high mileage here in the UK which is a shame. I've always used Castrol Edge but maybe there's a better choice? Every UK website recommends Castrol Magnatec stop start for some reason.

I generally see what is on offer at ECP then order the correct spec from them, last time it got Shell Helix fully synth 5w30.

BTW 105 K is not considered high mileage....there is a Lexus LS400 with a million miles on it apparently😀
