New IS250 Sport Owner, mirror and auto seat issue

Hi all,

I just bought my 06' IS250 Sport MT ,and found out that when put to Reverse, only passenger side mirror will flip down automatically. 

And I also found out that driver side mirror can move left and right , but can't move up and down. Also, no memory seat function (but passenger side ok). However, the steering wheel can still go up when switch off.

Is the mirror and memory seat is somehow linked?

If you mirror only moves in two directions ( L & R ) and not four then I would say it is deffo a mechanical problem ( gears & cogs) in the actual mirror fitting itself, 

there is a very good ‘how to’ somewhere around here on sorting this issue.

it good to know that , I don't need to remove the door panel to fix it !

but how about the memory seat problem ?

Seems it is not link with the mirror, any ideas ?
