Anyone else having issues seeing their service history online? I had my 2nd service on September 8th at Lexus Leicester and the details do not show online. I have contacted the dealership more than once and they say it is a Lexus issue that many people are suffering from.

Additionally on my service they managed to lose (or not tighten them properly) two dust caps - still waiting for them to tell me they now have them in stock.

Yes, me also. I had my LC serviced at Lexus Bolton (no issues) on 23rd September; the service history in the app shows a hybrid health check on that day, but not the service itself.

Excuse my ignorance but where would I look for mine online ?

I have the physical book updated and didnt know you could check online.

Prefer to have the book  and copy of the Invoice etc.

I’ve also had this issue. 2nd year 20k service was carried out on 6th September at Lexus Glasgow. The hybrid health check, engine/fuel flush was subsequently updated online however the 20k service was not. On raising the issue with Lexus Glasgow they stated they would contact Lexus UK to resolve the matter but I heard nothing further. I contacted Lexus UK Customer Relations via email and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They obtained a copy of the service job card from Lexus Glasgow which they forwarded to their I.T. team who re-uploaded the data to MyLexus. My online service history is now up to date and in the past week my apple Car Play update which I had done when purchasing the car is now showing online.

*UPDATE*

Gave up with the dealer and sent an email to Lexus support 2 days ago - received a fairly prompt reply (via telephone) by a very polite and understanding support person. I told him I was not the only one having the issue which surprised him - anyway, I have signed into My Lexus today via both the mobile app and Windows desktop and I can see the service 👌.

Mines in next week for a software update and one or two other things, I'll mention this to my service guy then, and if I don't get anywhere, I'll approach Lexus UK as well.
