Towing eye

450h owners is there a towing eye on the rear as I can’t see one or found it on iPad manual vehicle model Takumi 450h 2021.

Not looked underneath very strange probably take it back to Lexus Leicester on Monday thanks John.

Don't know about your 4th generation car but there is no conventional eye type point for attaching at the rear on my 3rd gen.  There is just a fixed bolted bracket at each side beneath bumper at the rear with hole.  I assume this is what would be used to pull car backwards a short distance in an emergency.  I believe the car should not be pulled back far so maybe reason the eye type for front not provided.

Just read my hand book and there are cautions which should be observed about moving vehicle to avoid transmission damage.

Many thanks Barry lt was just my concern do to snow or being stuck how do you get pulled out backwards even just a small distance  🤷‍♂️

There are tie down points on all cars for when the car is being transported but exercise caution when hauling car backwards by these metal eyes.

A tow company would probably attach to the suspension hub if they were dragging you out

Hello David making wonder if having a tow ball fitted would be the answer.
