I’ve had my RX 11 months now and so I was booking in my first service this morning.  I remembered I received something at the time from Lexus advising of the first service being complimentary.  I guessed it was due to Covid and there being no handover as such and maybe as a thanks but I can’t find the letter or email.

Did anyone else receive something to the same particularly if they bought a new car back end of last year?

No I didn’t as am on a service plan which was transferred over to the new car
