Just recently I am getting pulsing through the pedal when braking, feels like it could be a warped disc.

Only done around 3k since I bought it, Lexus approved. I noticed they had fitted new pads when I bought it but the discs were old.

Anyone else had this? 2015 model.

Its not pulling to one side or anything, just not smooth braking.

Still under warranty?

I'd raise it with the dealer perhaps?

As above but could simply be pad material deposited on the discs. Try a few hard stops from speed but without coming to a complete stop. Discs rarely warp..

Hi do as Nemesis suggests ,as there may be more deposits than usual due to the pads having to beg into the old discs. I would normally suggest the problem being caused by the slider pins being stiff or seized but as the dealer has replaced the pads I would assume it has all been reassembled correctly with the approved grease ;if you still have the problem I would also suggest a trip to the dealer

I will give it a bash as I only drive 3 miles and back to work and rarely go fast.

Got 3 years warranty on it but thought they would try and get out of it due to being a wearing part.

Its a wearing part but it should be covered if youve only covered 3k miles since bought but that does also depend on the timeframe.

Pulsating brake pedal suggests warped rotors.

Slider pin seized, pads wear more one one side than the other and usually in a skewed pattern.

Excessive brake pad wear indicates seized pistons.
