Had the same thing and it was due to a brake imbalance across the pads, needed one of the callipers replaced as it was leaking slightly.

I had it and my garage cleaned the pads and rounded off the edges (I think). Has been a lot better since, only squeels occasionally now.

I will try cleaning  and round of the pads on Monday.

For good braking, the fitter should ensure the hub is cleaned before fitting the disc. Any guide pins and moving parts should be lubricated correctly. 

Also once fitted, normally check the disc using run out tools to ensure the disc is even. No dust or dirt on the pads. 

Using manufacturer parts for best application.

Use copper grease on both sides of the antisqeal shims and at the piston contact area on the brake pads.  Apply some grease on the pads where they contact the caliper. Do not allow any copper grease to get in contact with any rubber dust seals, it will make them swell.
