Japan Car - need a Europe brain module

Hello there. I had the opportunity to import recently a new Lexus NX300h ( just 10K ) but it was received with the Japanese radio and software. 

Does anyone know where I can buy a second hand brain so that the GPS and Radio works in Europe ? I want to add the Android/Apple car play module too.

I will need blind spot sensors as well .

It’s not easy or cheap particularly on a late model.

The Japanese GPS unit is completely different to the rest of the world and usually has the Toll Charge system integrated so just replacing the disc with a European one will not work.

The radio frequencies are also different and again finding a European replacement will be difficult.

The only solution I can suggest is to look for a written off car for the parts you need.

What about an Android auto or apple carplay interface which automatically gives up to date Everything in the relevant language? Grom audio or similar?
