Hello,

Does anyone know if the Dealer puts new batteries in BOTH keys at the two years service? Phoned the Dealer but engaged.

Thanks.

No idea, but if batteries are needed now then why wait for a service?

Either look in the manual or take the cover off the fob to see what's in there now and buy a strip of five for about £3.50 at https://cpc.farnell.com/

To be honest, no dealer has ever offered to change my key batteries and I've never asked for them to do it either.

Not unless you give both to him and ask him to change both.

My dealer asked for both fobs and changed the batteries in front of me.

After approx 6 months one of the fobs displayed low Battery and the dealer replaced the Battery at no charge.
