Usually use triple qx or polyguard as can get good deals on it.

Spoke to my mechanic today and he uses car plan sachets.

Just ordered some off eBay

£20 for 72 sachets (just add water) to make 5 litres - a no brainer!

Plus having the sachets is better for environment and take with you in your car.

Will keep. You updated what it's like when they arrive 🙂

What do you use?

Lexus screen wash concentrate

Parts guy told me Lexus was changing to tablets soon, one tablet to a reservoir. Apparently better for the environment

Thanks guys,

Is Lexus Screenwash good? How much does it cost you? For tablets I'd dissolve in water and mix thoroughly before putting it 🙂

Probably not a subject that receives much comparative assessment but here is a pretty recent one.

However, whilst it's important that it does the primary task of cleaning the screen well, it's also important that it resists freezing.  A further requirement that is not always considered is that a residue amount can build up in the nozzles with some screen wash causing blockages.  This has happened to me on a couple of occasions, admittedly not a Lexus and I have had to flush through with warm water - not too hot!

Well, it's what Lexus put in all their new cars! It's what they will top up the system with at service time. I have no complaints, never frozen up on me. Costs me about £6 a year

Prestone for me too and has been for a good number of years. I buy it by the gallon and more often than not from tesco as it has it on offer often.

Well, I assume I have the Lexus one in mine, as I've never had to top it up between the 3 annual services!

Halfords Berry Scented.

Ready mixed, doesn't freeze, does the job and best of all, it smells like summer fruits pop!

Same here. Halfords and the like sometimes sell this at half price so I stock up when they do.

Ditto. This stuff has never failed me. No smears, etc.
