Just purchased my first Lexus RC300h 300h from a main dealer. Had intended to take out a service contract and unfortunately disappointedly not overly impressed with the customer service so far, that after four days of ownership! Can anyone recommend or otherwise local Lexus dealer in the Bedfordshire/ Hertfordshire/ Cambridge area for ongoing servicing etc. Would rather travel to the right one than pick the nearest and end regretting!

Still in discussions with two at the moment however must admit a bit surprised at the general apathy to things. Pre-delivery handover all over the place, now causing issues trying to set up a service contract. Hopefully things will improve. Love the car though!

Lexus dealer have recently moved from service contracts/packages to a new system which may explain the situation you are undergoing at the moment.
