Smart Marking of Catalytic Converter

I had my 3rd Generation RX450H Catalytic Converter Smart Marker carried out yesterday by Lexus Service Centre  Hayes ( Middlesex ) under the " vulnerable vehicle scheme", this included warning stickers for the near / offside front windows. Time will tell I guess how much of a deterrent this initiative will be !!!

I feel I should give my recommendation to the centre here, have previously had to use the large Franchise booking system which I found a little laborious dealing with the appointment line & the long lead in times. This was simple with a next day booking available.

Although only a simple job I was treated as a valued customer they even Wash / Vac the car, It is a small centre ( also does Toyota servicing  might see more of these joint service centres ?  ) not part of the major franchises &  without the backdrop of a main dealer landscape although Tea / Coffee available.

An excellent experience that has persuaded me to have my service & MOT carried out here, they will also recognise Lexus Owners Club members for discounted servicing.
